Bonnie Grimaldi

Question:

Anyone Know what the updated info is on Bonnie or Sheila Rogers’   "Natural Treatment Programs" what is the general concencus regarding if  these programs really work. I’ve given up on meds for my 11 yr old son. His severe tics are making him a wreck. Frank

Response:

We have used Bonnie’s plan, buying the supplements from our local Wild Oats store, and have seen great improvement.  We have a 9 year old boy who had some coughing and humming tics and lots of complex motor tics.  Now no verbal tics, and scarcely noticable motor tics.  We have been on the total complement of vitamins since late August.

Response:

Bonnie Grimaldi posts a lot on the MGH forum – there are a lot of people there who use her vitamins. You will get a lot of information there and can ask her about anything your not sure about. http://neuro-mancer.mgh.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/forumdisplay.cgi?action=t… &forum=Tourette+Syndrome&number=99&DaysPrune=10&LastLogin=. Response:

Dear Frank, Since there is no hard data on my nutritional program for improving TS symptoms, no one can say for sure if it helps or not.  I do have nearly 100 people’s statements of positive results that I can give you, and a survey is being distributed by the TSA in conjunction with Latitudes mag to investigate and identify supplements that may be helpful to people with TS.  There are 3 interested qualified doctors (PhD and 2 M.D.s) who are considering proposals for research into this area.   Warm regards, Bonnie Grimaldi http://members.aol.com/bonniegr/BONNIE_1.HTM – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text ->Anyone Know what the updated info is on Bonnie or Sheila Rogers’   "Natural >Treatment Programs" what is the general concencus regarding if  these >programs really work.
