Condo TS Lawsuit??

Question:

Hey, I finally figured out how to post the links correctly on AOL!!!!!!!! Yippie!!!!!  Just in case there are other fellow aol users out there who don’t know….if you maximize the newsgroup reply window then put in the link, it keeps it all together instead of running it onto a second line.  Then again, maybe I was just the last to know this??? Can someone please help me find some info on the lawsuit won by the man with TS (a lawyer, I think) and his wife who went to court after the Trustee of the condo moved in below his unit, and tried to get him to move because his tics, nighttime behavior, etc were disturbing her? I seem to recall that the family DID move, after the condo paid him for his condo PLUS a settlement. I think it was in Chicago?? I am specifically looking for the name of the suit, a summary of the case and the judgement. Thanks in advance! Jo

Is this the correct one you are looking for? http://www.fairhousing.com/news_archive/releases/CLC8-17-00.htm I hope that link works correctly for you, i have a hard time posting them from AOL.  Just incase it doesn’t, the guy was an attorney in Chicago, named Jeffrey Marathon.  There was an article in the Chicago Sun-Times on August 18, 2000.
