Your solution certainly is a good one. However, you can also get flax oil in CAPSULE form: Barlean’s is a good brand. That solves the problem of having to ‘taste’ it on the way down. However, the ‘dose’ is three capsules with each meal. KAT in CT (who takes this stuff every day as well: by capsule)

Preferably MIXED tocopherols….and start very slowly if you have high blood pressure. 100 I.U.’s…for a coupla’ weeks and then work gradually up to about 400 I.U.’s for a ‘maintenance’ dose… KAT in CT > — > If you notice yourself speaking; shut up, and let God speak through you. > If you notice yourself thinking; listen, and let God give you ideas. > If you notice yourself moving; relax, and let God move through you. > If you notice yourself in pain; embrace it, and show God where to touch you. > If you notice yourself angry; accept, and let God be done unto others. > If you notice yourself in lust; acknowledge God, and reinforce His Love of

KAT: What is the purpose of flax oil re TS? And how many 1000mg capsules would the adult dosage be (for me)? What dosage would you start my 14 yr.old daughter on? She’s 150 lbs. Actually, I don’t take it for TS, and haven’t noticed that it makes any difference in my tics. I take it for the beneficial oils: helps to keep them all in balance. KAT in CT

What if you store it in the freezer. Do oils freeze? I would think that some might solidify, like olive oil, but anything that would crystalize would be a "contaminant", like water from condensation, etc. E
